A twenty-year veteran of the Third House, Kris was previously a partner at Noteware and Rosa before founding Rostrum in 2019. She is a board member of the Institute of Governmental Advocates, which represents the leading professional lobbyists and lobbying firms in California’s Capitol. She is a graduate of the University of California at Davis.”
