3. Audit Committee to present GBA with list of items to look at, in addition to normal audit topics

a. Review the CFPC Profit and Loss Statement to make sure that proper and clear accounting procedures and transparency is occurring pertaining to receiving funds and the transfer of these funds to the Forest Foundation and Talk About Trees.
